Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sokolov Systems, the Email Provider Filter, or any other tools provided at sokolovsystems.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
Sokolov Systems provides a free web-based Email Provider Filter that validates email syntax, checks public DNS records (MX and SPF), identifies mail providers, and sorts results. The service processes up to 500 email addresses per request.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Email Provider Filter only for legitimate business and research purposes, including:
- Validating and sorting your own email lists.
- Auditing email infrastructure for domains you manage or are authorized to assess.
- Researching publicly available DNS information.
- Cleaning email lists by removing addresses at domains that cannot receive mail.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the tool to send unsolicited email (spam) to any of the submitted addresses.
- Use the tool for phishing, social engineering, or any fraudulent activity.
- Submit email addresses that you do not have a legitimate basis for processing.
- Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the service or its DNS query infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts to bypass the Telegram gate or rate limits.
- Use the tool to harass, stalk, or harm individuals.
- Resell or repackage the tool's output as a paid service without permission.
Data and Privacy
Submitted email addresses are processed in memory and are not permanently stored. DNS lookups query public DNS infrastructure using only domain names. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No Warranty
The Email Provider Filter is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DNS records reflect the current state of public DNS at the time of the query and may change. Provider identification is based on signature matching and may not be accurate in all cases, particularly when filtering services or custom mail servers are involved. We do not guarantee that the tool will identify every provider correctly or that results will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Sokolov Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Email Provider Filter, including but not limited to business decisions made based on provider identification results.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
